RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, factory sealed, unopened items sold by Trio within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We can not accept any returns for items which are not factory sealed due to State, Federal and Local Health Laws and Concerns.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund unless agreed upon by an agent of Trio.
If you need to return an item, please send an email to trio@triogallerysalon.com and include your invoice number, and telephone number and a service representative will contact you to guide you through the returns process.
